Principal of a IB Full Boarding High School

Lead a learning community
  • Create and nurture a shared vision for the High School
  • Promote school presence by driving effective marketing and admissions process
  • Lead the creation of an engaging curriculum to achieve learner outcomes
  • Collaborate and build high performing teams, aim to inspire, motivate and develop sustainable relationships with all stakeholders
  • Model the school values and demonstrate a flair for attracting, retaining and developing talents
  • Effectively manage resources and budget with astuteness
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Education or in a teaching subject from recognised universities. Master Degree in Education is an advantage
  • Teaching Certification from recognized institution
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in education institutions, including at least 5 years in school/Faculty leadership role
  • Strong managerial and administrative experience in education institutions
  • Experience working in an IB World School is an advantage
Personal Attributes
  • Willing to be stationed in Chong Qing, China
  • Strong competency in English Language is essential, competency in Chinese Language is an advantage
  • Strong ability in leadership, networking, teamwork, and problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines

Vice Principal of a IB Full Boarding High School

Assist Principal to lead a learning community
  • Create a conducive environment for teaching and learning
  • Oversee IB curriculum, pedagogies and assessments
  • Promote effective teaching and learning practices
  • Oversee student development matters
  • Develop people, data and processes
  • Effectively manage resources and budget
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Education or in a teaching subject from recognised universities
  • Teaching Certification from recognized institution
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in education institutions, including at least 3 years in school/Faculty leadership role
  • Strong managerial and administrative experience in education institutions
  • Strong knowledge in curriculum, pedagogy and assessments
